I am a ACC certified coach from ICF (USA) apart from being a Master Practioner NLP: Certified by NLP Life, Richard Bandler & DeValle, London.

Host of other certifications include, Certified Hogan Assessor, Accredited Belbin (UK) Team Roles Assessor, Job Evaluation Certification by Hays PIc London, Certified Master Trainer by Dale Carnegie, Fellow of Indian Trainers Guild, Master Trainer in FTM by Ken Blanchard, TD Certified from ISTD – Recognised as the only Training Certification Body by the Govt of India

Over the years I have held leadership positions like Chief People Officer, Director – HR, Strategy & Operational Excellence and Head L&D and Sales Trainings and worked across HR & Sales Training Verticals of SBI General Insurance, Reliance Capital, Tata AIG, SBI Cards, Hewlett Packard, Time-Warner – AOL, Mphasis etc

I now hold board positions in some reputed AI & Info Solutions MSMEs & startups.
I also coach CXO’s and consult large organisations and educational institutions in the arena of succession planning, leadership excellence, performance strategy, teacher performance enhancements, new age career counselling and graduate employability development
